Salome Attipoe's Stories

Salome lives opposite the Eric Street community garden and play space she knows how important it is for children to have places to play. Before this space was transformed it was a patch of green space but no children played there as it was a dog toilet. Now children play there every day and Mums like Salome who live opposite can keep an eye out and help look after the space. Salome said \"It is a good idea to have a play area close to your door step and you can watch your children play\".
